May Diddy is a versatile actress and performer based in Minneapolis, MN. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama from The New School, she has cultivated a dynamic presence across theater, film, and television.
On stage, May has brought beloved characters to life, including Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz, Mary Poppins in Mary Poppins, and Marie in Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella. Her work in The Miracle Worker as Kate Keller and Shelby in Steel Magnolias further showcased her ability to embody emotionally rich roles.
Her film and television credits include a featured role in HBO’s Miss You Can Do It, supporting roles in Music Most Foul and Standing Up, and guest appearances on Shop at Home, From Emeril’s Kitchen. Most recently she starred in a Hallmark Holiday commercial spot.
Trained in Meisner technique, Uta Haugen technique, Shakespearean performance, and on-screen acting, May’s skills extend to voice-over work, stage combat, stand-up comedy, and multiple dance disciplines. Her dedication to her craft has earned her recognition, including National Youth Arts’ Artist of the Year and a Jerry Herman High School Musical Award.
