Meet May
May Diddy, is a performer, speaker, and advocate dedicated to making a lasting impact. As graduate of The New School College of Performing Arts in New York City, with a BFA in Drama, May’s career spans theater, commercials, and video productions. She currently works as a product ambassador and program facilitator in schools, using her background and personal experiences to empower young people.
May Diddy was recently awarded the title of Miss Midwest 2026 and will compete for Miss Minnesota next June. Through her role, she continues to champion her community service initiative, foster community connections, and represent the Morris Area with pride on the state stage.

Her community service initiative, Young, Sober, and Thriving, is dedicated to raising awareness about substance misuse and addiction in young people, educating to reduce stigma, sharing substance misuse prevention and intervention strategies, and advocating for accessibility to treatment and recovery resources..
In addition to her advocacy work, May serves as a social media partner for The Lion House Brownstone, a sober living home that aligns with her commitment to supporting individuals in recovery. Having spent a year in a sober living environment herself, she understands the profound impact of these spaces and is passionate about giving hope to those struggling with addiction.
Through her new live puppet show "Miss May's Bright Spot" May brings her puppet friend, Sunny, to elementary and preschools, where they perform interactive skits, read books together, and teach children how to identify and regulate their emotions. May is currently developing a YouTube channel to expand these lessons to a wider audience.
With a love for singing, dancing, and performing, May bridges the worlds of entertainment and service, using her talents to inspire and uplift. Whether she is on stage, in a classroom, or at a community event, May brings vibrant energy, a message of resilience, and a heart dedicated to uniting and uplifting those around her.
